Due to the nature of our programs and workshops, which involve personalized coaching and interactive group participation, returns or cancellations are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

If you wish to cancel a program or workshop, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. Requests received within this period may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards future services, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date or after participation has begun are generally not eligible for refunds, as preparation and resources have been allocated to your engagement.
